The concept for BAO began when my body changed shape because of the surgeries and treatments that I received for breast cancer. Finding adequate clothing was difficult for me and I learned it was also difficult for others walking this same path. I was determined to create clothing that was both functional and flattering to meet the needs of the breast cancer community – a group of strong and powerful women.
